Saana Rossi is one of Finland’s best-known HR and recruitment professionals, speaker, advisor, and author. Saana has worked in HR, recruitment, and communication for 15 years and has recruited thousands of professionals during her career.

Saana worked for a long time at the technology company Vincit (Europe’s best workplace 2016 & Finland’s best workplace 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2022 by Great Place To Work) e.g. as a Chief People and Success Officer. In the fall of 2021, she left her day job as an HR Director and went to pursue her childhood dream as a writer.

In addition to writing, Saana consults on management, culture, and growth and works as an advisor to companies, and sits on boards. Saana’s first book, Rekrytoija, was published in 2020. In 2018, she was awarded Finland’s first Recruiter of the Year.
