Reetta Kivelä

Professor of Practice, University of Helsinki

Reetta Kivelä is one of the founding members of Gold & Green Foods, and she is currently working as a Professor of Practice at the University of Helsinki. Reetta has a doctoral degree in Food Chemistry from the University of Helsinki.

During her doctoral studies, she visited the laboratory of pulp and paper chemistry of the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (Vienna, Austria) and has been in close collaboration with the Institute of Food, Nutrition and Health of ETH Zurich and several other laboratories from Finland and abroad.
