More than ever, consumers and shareholders are paying attention to the practices of the brands that they support, requiring more inclusive marketing and product offerings along with an organizational commitment to driving action around social inequity. In addition, younger generations are seeking employment from organizations that prioritize DEIB, as it is becoming a prerequisite for applying to jobs as well as a driver of engagement. In her key note, Nathalie highlight the importance of understanding what each component of ID&E means and what actions companies can take to create an authentic DEIB strategy.
