Mari is the Head of Community & Operations for the Finland’s leading startup accelerator, Kiuas. So far she has seen over 50 companies, from very various backgrounds passing through Kiuas accelerator programs. She has also seen startups closely from the inside, while working in two different early-stage ventures. Just before joining Kiuas, Mari was working for a female entrepreneur business coaching program in the US.

Topic: Diversity – New superpower for work life

Mari will be participating the panel on diversity in work life. Her main message is, that diversity does not only drive innovation and out-of-the-box thinking within the company, but can also be a key element for internationalisation in an early-stage startup.
