Harri Latva-Mäenpää is Innovation Director at Foodwest. He has a Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry and a background in Natural products and their refining, both from Science and Business development perspectives.
Currently, Harri is responsible for Foodwest’s Product development & Product information services. He is a member of the company management group. Harri is keen to develop new products & innovations and find new ways to do things. Raw materials, technologies, and food products are developing all the time and that creates new business opportunities. One of the most important things is to listen to the markets and the consumers carefully throughout the development cycle.
