Arhi Kivilahti has gathered unique experience from all sides of the retailing with great insight from the theories to practical successes and failures. A year of running an online grocery startup (Ada Fresh) taught him a great deal on how it is possible with limited resources to build services customers love. During his time with Kesko, he learned how in the biggest corporations strategic insight and data can help improve service levels and save costs simultaneously. In academia (Aalto & Oxford) he understood how retail concepts emerge to disrupt existing operations.
At SHIFT 2020, Arhi will talk about online grocery retailing. Digitalization has reached almost every aspect of business and has resulted in systemic change across the board.
