Anton Johansson is CFO at Mycorena, a Swedish biotechnology startup, which raised € 1.2 million for its fungi-based protein in 2020. Founded in 2017, this biotechnology startup is on a mission to create sustainable and environmentally friendly waste management solutions for food and agriculture.

Anton, who has a diverse academic background in finance, business administration, and management of innovation and intellectual property, is responsible for fundraising, financial planning and analysis, reporting, and investor relations at Mycorena.

At SHIFT 2021, Anton will talk about the development and commercialisation of novel alternative protein sources and fermentation’s key role in the way we produce and consume protein in the future.
