Anna-Kaisa Berisha looks at the city as whole. It is dynamic, always changing, and thus new means are required to plan the best city for the inhabitants. She is excited about the rapid digitalization of cities.

As a project manager at Smart and Wise Turku, Anna-Kaisa works in a vast collaborative DigiPAVe project to develop a human-centric and dynamic operations model to take service network planning to a whole new level. To reach the goal, DigiPAVe aims to implement harmonized service network data. She also focuses on developing new ways to make spatial, open data more available and usable to the citizens of Turku: See the City of Turku hackathon challenge on how to communicate and visualise open data.
