Aku Happo is a passionate new business builder and entrepreneur. He has played a key role in developing Last Mile Delivery Logistics. He had a long career at Posti’s parcel business, where his last position was VP of eCommerce. He was a pioneer and main initiator when Posti built parcel locker networks in Finland and Estonia.

Today he is the CEO and co-founder of Smartmile, international venture which developed consumer-driven parcel steering software and service and is operating an open and shared parcel automated network in Germany and Finland. The service was launched in Tampere together with Kesko, Konecranes, DHL Express and Smart Tampere in March this year and is growing rapidly.
