Soh Kim leads Stanford Food Design Lab at Stanford University.
Her research includes the future of food, connected kitchens, and restaurants. Her model of “Human-Food Interaction” has been published, and her research has been inspired to launch the international annual conference of FoodInno at Stanford. The mission of FoodInno Institute is to bring together a community of academic researchers, entrepreneurs, chefs, designers, and students to share perspectives of food innovation and to design the future of food.
Kim earned her PhD from UC Berkeley and MS from Stanford and London School of Economics (LSE), and BA from Korea University.
