Sami Miettinen has over 20 years of experience in investment banking. During the first half of his career, he executed client transactions at Credit Suisse, Pöyry Capital and SEB. In Finland, he has worked at Merita, RBS and Sisu Partners. As CEO of Nordic Trustee, Sami participated in some 50 bond issue structures. Sami’s Neuvotteluvalta – How to become a master negotiator (WSOY) handbook is updated in August 2019 as Uusi Neuvotteluvalta. He has also co-authored two economic books for Libera Foundation. Sami holds an MSc (econ.) from Aalto University, an MBA from Tulane University and is a CFA.
