Minna is the Lead Designer in Data and Ethics at Futurice. She focuses on ethical risks in learned systems, dealing with addressing issues like bias, explainability, fairness and accountability in different machine learning projects. Her long international experience spans from UX design to design management and business consultancy – red thread being curiosity on how decisions are made and how to ensure they lead to positive change.
