Mari Järvinen is an organizational psychologist and CEO and founder of Profounder. She has spent the last 15 years in the field of human and organizational dynamics, teams, leadership, changes, and conflicts. She is a facilitator, trainer, and coach who is passionate about helping growing companies create sustainable organizations that support well-being and business success.

Her job is to use her knowledge of human and organizational dynamics, teams, leadership, engagement, conflicts, and other workplace phenomena to help build sustainable organizations. She works among other things with scaleup growing pains, helping growing companies build sustainable leadership, workshops, training, and courses as well as bringing a human angle to the startup ecosystem.
