Kirsi Mylly is an organizational psychologist and designer. She is also a founder and CEO of Voltti Management Oy. Her field of expertise is to develop leadership in an organizational context using a systemic framework and design thinking. She creates value via coaching both leaders and organizations. Empowering and supporting people to find their full potential makes her heart beat faster. 

Kirsi has worked for more than 15 years in consulting, e.g. in the development of management teams and organizations as well as in demanding personnel evaluations. She is also an internationally accredited Leadership Coach (ACC), a systemic organizational consultant, and a certified personnel assessor. Kirsi has studied service design in Design Management studies at the University of Lapland.
