Elina Moisio is an experienced professional in public affairs and the CEO of Miltton Networks, a public affairs consultancy. Elina has a broad
understanding of the political field in Finland and she is an expert in managing demanding stakeholder expectations. She holds valuable insight into the changes in the business landscape and the labor market.

Prior to joining Miltton Elina worked at the trade union confederation Akava. Previously she has served as a special adviser to three different ministers. She was also a member of the Helsinki City Council from 2005 to 2020, and urban development is one of her passions.

At SHIFT 2020 Elina will talk about how the political priorities, landscape, and discourse are changing, and about the expectations of different stakeholders.
