Laura Lindeman is the Senior Director and Head of Business Finland’s Work in Finland unit. The mission of Work in Finland is to attract international talent to Finland, including startup entrepreneurs and boost companies’ internationalization and growth with the expertise of international talents.
Laura has been working with international talent attraction and retention as well as developing education and work-based immigration for 15 years, both in Business Finland, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, and in the Tampere region.
