With an extensive background in IP, Kim Finnilä‘s present focus is mainly on patents, portfolio management and related litigation, primarily in Europe and Asia. At Berggren, his responsibilities also include internal training projects, including litigation issues. As a complement to Kim’s daily work, he has several honorary positions and memberships in various national and international IP organizations. This has given him an in-depth knowledge of how patent matters are dealt with in the patent profession, in industry and with authorities, as well as in international non-governmental organizations. He has been in the profession since 1985.
