Brave enough to throw jokes with VIPs? This is the spot for stage performers, VIP entertainers and rockstar hosts. We want you to exceed expectations.

We are looking for four team leaders to support our program. You will be the ones to make sure speakers, workshop holders and entertainers have a wicked smooth – praise worthy – experience.

The Speaker Host Team Leader is responsible for the speaker experience. The Host Team ensures the speakers get from the airport to their hotel and from there to the event venue and back. At the event venue you will guide speakers from speaker area to stages and around the venue and see that their needs are exceeded. You will lead a team of 5-10 people.

You are expected to have an excellent grasp of what it means to exceed expectations and have rock solid verbal and organizational skills.

The Stage Management Team Leader is responsible for overseeing stage schedule and operations. The Stage Management team welcomes speakers at the back stage and gets them ready to go on stage. You will lead a team of 5 people.

You are expected to be very reactive to possible problems and know how stage equipment work. A great position for those working in theaters or as stage managers. Know-how or interest in artistic elements or acting is considered a plus.

The Workshop Management Team Leader is responsible for the experience and needs of workshop holders. The Workshop Management Team guides workshop holders to and at the venue, they also guarantee availability of equipment and workshop space fit. You will lead a team of 4-8 people.

You are expected to have experience and understanding in facilitation and hosting or customer experience. You are an excellent organizer and a fluent conversationist who is not afraid of welcoming and hosting workshop holders.

The Performers Team Leader is responsible for the experience and needs of DJ’s, artists and other performers at the event. The Performers Team makes sure performers have a great experience and are at the right places the right time and have the right equipment and space to perform.

You are expected to be an excellent organizer and have an ability to bring an atmosphere alive. You are desirably artsy with perhaps some stories – or songs – of your own.

The workload for team leaders is around 10h/week.
